Genus PLC in Perugia, Italy is seeking a Supply Chain Associate Specialist to support operational data management and documentation for the PICTraq system, genetic traceability, and zootechnical certificate preparation for customers.

You will collaborate with farms and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient supply chain processes, working on-site at the Perugia office with salary determined by experience and qualifications.

Competenze

• Use of management systems (PICTraq or similar).
• Data management using Excel and TXT files.
• Basic knowledge of animal/genetic traceability processes.

Mansioni

• Manage PICTraq system operations and data integrity.
• Create and configure new farms and customers in the system.
• Provide on-site user support and issue resolution for PICTraq.
• Train customers on system usage and data handling.
• Verify data entries and ensure accuracy for certificates.
• Produce and manage certificates and related TXT/PDF/documents.
• Respond to external bodies and coordinate certificate issuance requests.
