WWS CAREERS is seeking a clinical reference point on the ground for spine and orthopaedics, to train surgeons and distributors across Europe. The role requires OR experience and a scientific background, with fluent English. The position is hybrid and based in Italy, with ~50% travel across Europe.

You will work with a team of biomedical specialists and influence how the device is positioned and taught in clinical settings.

Competenze

• 3+ years as a product/clinical specialist in spine or orthopaedics.
• Hands-on OR experience and comfort in front of surgeons.
• A scientific or technical background.
• Fluent English; Italian, based in Italy.

Mansioni

• Train surgeons and distributors across Europe.
• Represent the clinical perspective in product positioning and teaching.
• Serve as the clinical reference point on the ground within Europe.
• Convey operating-room feedback to the product team to influence development.
