Job summary

TOMRA Sorting invites a results-driven Project Manager to own recycling projects in Italy, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to specification. You will coordinate internal teams and with customers to secure acceptance and drive continuous improvement.

Based in Italy, you will travel up to 50% domestically, speak Italian and English fluently, and read technical drawings to guide installation, commissioning and handover, while managing risks and finances across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or engineering field.
• Experience in project management or industrial project coordination.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from contract handover to closure within scope, timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Service and partners.
• Provide technical guidance on site readiness and installation.
• Monitor progress, payments, budget deviations, and escalation if needed.
• Ensure proper project documentation and lessons learned.
