TOMRA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Italy, covering Central and Southern Italy. Candidates should ideally be based in Campania, Puglia or Molise to ensure efficient customer support.

As a key member, you will install, commission, maintain, and optimize sensor-based sorters, travel mainly within Italy with some trips abroad, and receive comprehensive training at our center in Germany. You will enhance customer experiences and drive system performance.

Competenze

• Completed FP2 or higher with a specialization in electrician/electronics, automation, or industrial maintenance.
• Willingness to travel 80% or more.
• Experience in on-site preventive and curative maintenance is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Good communication with customers.
• Italian native and English proficiency.
• Valid driving license.

Mansioni

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, optimization, and repair of sensor-based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases.
• Ensuring maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support.
• Optimizing the sorting systems/process by sampling and testing.
• Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers' businesses through the introduction of complementary TOMRA products, solutions, and services.
• Acting as a link between our customers and Headquarters – collecting and providing feedback from the market so that we can continuously look for new opportunities for our customers.
