WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. The role is fully remote from Greece, delivering support in Italian via phone, email, and chat and resolving inquiries about the platform and services.

No prior experience is required, as fully paid training is provided from day one. Relocation support is available for EU residents moving to Greece, including flight, hotel, and housing assistance.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) required for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions and troubleshoot issues.
