WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to work fully remotely from Greece. You will join an international team, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

No prior experience required, with paid training and potential relocation assistance for EU candidates. The role offers a flexible rotation and a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) for training and coordination.
• Experience in customer support is an advantage, but no prior experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for a remote support role.

Mansioni

• Provide professional Italian-language customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues promptly.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions and document interactions in CRM.
• Troubleshoot problems and offer effective solutions to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and data accuracy in systems.
