WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, and help users navigate the platform.

Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) is required; prior CS experience is a plus but not mandatory. This role offers 100% remote work from Greece, rotational shifts (08:00–00:00), paid training, relocation support for EU moves, and a multicultural international

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
