Job summary

WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You'll handle Italian inquiries via phone, email, and chat, join an international team, and enjoy 5-day rotations from 08:00–00:00 with English training support.

Fully paid training starts day one, with up to 10% performance bonus and a 100% remote, multicultural environment. Relocation support available for EU movers, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.

• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? Work remotely from anywhere in the country.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
