WW Talents is recruiting an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian, supported by English training material, and thrive in a multicultural, international team.

Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, and chat; documenting interactions in CRM; and following quality standards. A fully paid training program starts day one, with a 100% remote setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but no prior experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications.

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? Work remotely from anywhere in the country.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
