WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team onsite in Athens, Greece. The role offers paid training, full relocation support, and a competitive package including 14 salaries and a performance bonus up to 15%.

You will assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, resolve inquiries, document interactions in CRM, and contribute to a high standard of service.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian language skills at C1/C2 level preferred.
• English at least B2 for training and internal comms.

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Athens, Greece – Onsite

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts

Compensation: €1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto15% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
