WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece, joining an international team. Training is fully paid, with relocation support including flight, airport pickup, and hotel accommodation.

You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction while documenting interactions in our CRM. English is required for training and internal communications, with rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Athens, Greece – Onsite
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts
Compensation: €1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto15% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
