WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, multicultural team onsite. You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email and chat, delivering exceptional service and resolving account-related issues.

The role offers 14 salaries (€1,100 gross/month), a 10% performance bonus, and fully paid training. EU relocation support is provided, including flight, hotel, airport pickup and real estate assistance.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• English knowledge (B2+).
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Greece – Onsite

Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? You can join the team onsite at the designated office location.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

• EU flight ticket
• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
