WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, multicultural team onsite. You will handle Italian inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering an excellent customer experience while embracing training and career development opportunities.

No prior experience required as full paid training is provided. English at B2+ is needed for training and internal communication, with relocation support offered for EU candidates.

Competenze

• Italian language fluency at C1/C2 level is required or highly preferred.
• Experience in customer support or service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Greece – Onsite

Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Salary & Benefits

• €1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? You can join the team onsite at the designated office location.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

• EU flight ticket
• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
