WW Talents in Athens, Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite. The role includes paid training, full relocation assistance, and a competitive package.

You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, document interactions in CRM, and contribute to high customer satisfaction while working rotating shifts.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian required (C1/C2).
• English at least B2+ for training and internal comms.

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Athens, Greece – Onsite

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts

Compensation: €1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus upto15% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
