WW Talents invites you to join its international Customer Support team in Greece. If you are fluent in Italian and enjoy helping customers, you will assist with inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering an excellent customer experience in a multicultural setting.

This onsite role requires 5 days per week with rotating shifts 08:00–00:00. It includes relocation support for EU candidates, paid training from day one, and a salary of €1,100 gross per month paid across 14 salaries, plus a

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level

• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
