Job summary

WW Talents is recruiting an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, with full relocation assistance and paid training.

The position offers a competitive salary package (€1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries) plus a performance bonus up to 15% and a fully paid training program. Relocation includes flight tickets within the EU, airport pickup, hotel accommodation, and real estate agency support.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level) required.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues; assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
