WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support specialist to join our Greece-based team. The role includes relocation support, full paid training from day one, and a base salary of €1,110 gross per month paid in 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 10%.

You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian, log interactions in the CRM, and help resolve issues while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

We are looking for Italian speakers to join our customer support team in Greece. This role offers an international working environment along with full relocation support for candidates moving to Greece.

Location: Greece

Schedule: 5 days a week, rotational shifts (08:00 – 00:00)

Financial Package & Benefits

Base Salary: €1,110 gross / month x 14 salaries

Performance Bonus: Up to 10%

Paid Training: Full training is provided and fully paid from day one.

Relocation Package (for candidates relocating from another EU country):

• Flight ticket covered (within the EU)
• 4 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival
• Airport pickup on arrival
• Real estate agency fee covered

Daily Tasks

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian)
• Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries
• Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Logging interaction details accurately in internal CRM systems
• Meeting standard team productivity and quality targets
• Advocating for community safety and product understanding
