WW Talents is seeking Italian-speaking customer support agents to join our team in Greece. The role offers full relocation support and an international working environment.

You will provide support via phone, email, and chat in Italian, with training provided from day one. The package includes a base salary of €1,110 gross per month paid 14 times a year and a bonus of up to 10%.

Competenze

We are looking for Italian speakers to join our customer support team in Greece. This role offers an international working environment along with full relocation support for candidates moving to Greece.

Schedule: 5 days a week, rotational shifts (08:00 – 00:00)

Financial Package & Benefits

Base Salary: €1,110 gross / month x 14 salaries

Performance Bonus: Up to 10%

Paid Training: Full training is provided and fully paid from day one.

Relocation Package (for candidates relocating from another EU country):

• Flight ticket covered (within the EU)
• 4 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival
• Airport pickup on arrival
• Real estate agency fee covered

Daily Tasks

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian)
• Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries
• Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Logging interaction details accurately in internal CRM systems
• Meeting standard team productivity and quality targets
• Advocating for community safety and product understanding

Profile We Are Looking For
