Cross Border Talents is currently seeking Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international technology company.

This role allows candidates in Italy to work remotely while assisting customers from Portugal. Benefits include a competitive salary, meal allowance, health insurance, and relocation support. Candidates must be fluent in Italian and possess strong communication skills.

We are currently hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international technology company based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great opportunity for candidates currently living in Italy who are interested in relocating to Portugal while working remotely from within the country.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote within Portugal)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with product-related questions and technical issues
• Deliver high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism
• Troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and good English level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts) or Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 19:00
• 2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day)

Schedules may vary depending on project available.
