Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international technology company based in Lisbon, Portugal. This position offers remote work within Portugal, along with competitive salary packages and relocation support.

The role entails providing excellent customer service via various channels while assisting users with product-related queries. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have a customer-oriented mindset.

Work schedules include Monday to Saturday shifts with flexibility. Health insurance and other perks are included from day one.

We are currently hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international technology company based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great opportunity for candidates currently living in Italy who are interested in relocating to Portugal while working remotely from within the country.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote within Portugal)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with product-related questions and technical issues
• Deliver high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism
• Troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and good English level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts) or Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 19:00
• 2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day)
