Responsibilities include providing customer support via various channels, addressing product-related questions, and ensuring high-quality service. Applicants should possess fluency in Italian and English, alongside strong communication skills.

We are currently hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international technology company based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great opportunity for candidates currently living in Italy who are interested in relocating to Portugal while working remotely from within the country.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote within Portugal)

• Troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and good English level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts) or Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 19:00
• 2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day)
