CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative (Outbound) to join an international team. You will engage customers through outbound contact, supported by relocation assistance and structured onboarding.

On-site work in Lisbon with a relocation package that includes accommodation and full administrative support, plus health insurance after contract signature. Training period with onboarding activities is provided.

Qualifications

• Italian C2 language proficiency required (spoken and written).
• Experience in outbound/customer service support is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon with relocation package.
