Antaisolar is seeking a senior sales professional to independently develop the Italian solar PV market, building relationships with EPCs, project developers, plant owners and other major industry partners.

You will manage the full sales process from initial contact and project development to technical solution coordination and contract signing, while collaborating with internal teams. Travel about 20% of the year and drive revenue growth in Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in solar PV or renewable energy is preferred.
• Fluent Italian and strong English communication.

Mansioni

• Develop the Italian solar PV market and build relationships with key customers.
• Identify opportunities for ground-mounted, rooftop and BIPV projects.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through contract signing.
• Coordinate with the internal technical team to provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve annual sales targets and expand Antaisolar's presence in Italy.
• Coordinate with supply chain and production for on-time delivery.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and customer meetings.
