Antaisolar, a global leader in PV mounting and tracking solutions, seeks a Senior Sales Manager for the Italy market. Based in Italy, you will drive local market development, expand customer base, and grow sales across PV mounting, solar trackers, and BIPV systems.

You will build strategic partnerships with EPCs, IPPs and project developers, coordinate with the regional team, ensure European compliance, and deliver tailored proposals to win projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Over 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in European PV.
• Familiar with European and Italian PV business models, project workflows, bidding rules and local compliance requirements.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in business English.
• Solid knowledge of PV mounting systems, solar trackers and BIPV products.
• Strong market insight, business development capability and negotiation skills.
• Local Italy resident or long-term local development intention preferred; willing to travel locally.

Mansioni

• Develop strategic cooperation with local Italian EPCs, IPPs, developers, system integrators and distributors for PV mounting and tracker business.
• Manage full-cycle business development for PV mounting systems, trackers and BIPV; include demand mining, technical communication, pre-sales support and negotiation.
• Prepare technical proposals and quotations; collaborate with engineering and project teams for customized solutions.
• Serve as liaison between local clients and global team to ensure European compliance and project alignment.
• Track end-to-end PV project delivery, coordinate resources and manage risks to improve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research on European PV industry, policies and trends; deliver reports.
• Participate in local PV industry exhibitions to expand networks and opportunities.
• Formulate and execute local PV market expansion strategies to hit sales targets.
