Antaisolar is hiring a Senior Sales Manager for the Italy market, focusing on PV mounting systems, trackers and BIPV. The local-based role demands strong relationship-building with Italian EPCs, IPPs and distributors to drive regional growth and secure strategic projects.

You will lead end-to-end business development, coordinate cross-functional teams, and tailor solutions to meet European project standards while expanding brand presence across Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, New Energy, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields.
• Fluent in Italian (native level preferred) and proficient in business English.
• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development in European PV industry.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain long-term strategic cooperation with local Italian EPCs, IPPs, power plant developers, system integrators and distributors for PV mounting and tracker business.
• Manage full-cycle business development for PV mounting systems, solar trackers and BIPV products, including demand mining, technical communication, pre-sales support, solution customization and negotiations.
• Prepare technical proposals and commercial quotations and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customized solutions for local projects.
• Serve as liaison between local clients and the global team, ensuring aligned technical requirements and European compliance.
• Track end-to-end PV project implementation, coordinate cross-functional resources, and support delivery and after-sales coordination.
