Flexport is expanding its European sales team, looking for an energetic SDR based in Milan. You will identify new opportunities, engage with fit companies, and work closely with Account Executives across Europe to convert interest into conversations.

The role emphasizes strong communication skills, bilingual Italian/English capabilities, and a commercially minded approach with some sales experience. You will join a dynamic, growth-driven environment with clear career development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher and commercially minded with some sales experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Energetic, enthusiastic communicator with phone sales aptitude.

Mansioni

• Identify and create new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe.
• Work with Account Executives across Europe to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone, email, and social channels.
• Support the European growth plan from our Milan office by engaging with fit companies.
