CB Talents cerca un/una Customer Support Specialist per supportare i clienti di un servizio bancario digitale. Il ruolo richiede italiano e inglese, disponibilità a trasferirsi a Lisbona e lavoro on-site in team.

Si offre contratto a tempo pieno, retribuzione mensile lorda di 1.050€, bonus di signing di 1.000€ al momento della firma e bonus di lealtà di 500€ dopo 6 mesi, appartamento gratuito con utenze incluse, biglietto aereo rimborsato, 15 giorni di formazione retribuita e data inizio 29

Qualifications

• Fluente in italiano e inglese (min. B2).
• Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in banking, servizi finanziari o assicurazioni.
• Possesso di passaporto UE (senza visto).
• Disponibilità a trasferirsi a Lisbona e lavorare in loco.
• Disposizione a orari rotanti, inclusi weekend.

Responsibilities

• Supportare i clienti di un servizio bancario digitale in italiano e inglese.
• Risolvere domande su conti, pagamenti e prodotti in modo chiaro.
• Lavorare on-site a Lisbona in un team di colleghi.

We're hiringItalian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. If you've worked with people's money before and want an international move that's already sorted, this is for you.

What you'll do

• Support customers of a digital banking service in Italian and English
• Resolve account, payment, and product questions clearly and accurately
• Work on-site in Lisbon with a team of colleagues

Who we're looking for

• Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum)
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
• EU passport holder, so no visa needed
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends
• Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site

Your schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
• 2 rotating days off per week
