Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers for a November-December Customer Care role in Lisbon. You will be the voice of the brand across phone, email and chat, helping customers and delivering a positive experience while working on a rotating schedule.

The role offers a 12-month contract, full-time hours, relocation support, language classes, and health insurance, with base monthly salary depending on accommodation, plus a performance bonus discussed during recruitment.

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
