Experis Italia is seeking an IT Support Specialist with fluent English to join a leading European institution in Parma. You will provide 1st/2nd line IT support, manage incidents, and assist users with Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.

The role requires 1-3 years in IT support, strong Windows knowledge, and an ITIL-friendly mindset. The position offers a permanent contract (Staff Leasing) under CCNL Metalmeccanico and a salary of €28,000–€35,000 with daily meal vouchers.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Service Desk environments.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and workplace technologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Understanding of IT Service Management processes.
• Experience in ticketing systems and incident management activities.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken (level B2).
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
• ITIL certification will be considered a plus.

• Salary package: €28.000 - €35.000 gross annual salary
• Meal vouchers: €6.20 per working day
