Competenze

• 1–3 anni di esperienza in IT Support/Help Desk.
• Buona conoscenza di Windows e tecnologie sul posto di lavoro.
• Esperienza in risoluzione di hardware e software.
• Conoscenza dei processi ITSM.
• Esperienza in sistemi di ticketing e gestione incidenti.
• Fluente italiano e inglese (scritti e parlati, livello B2/C1).
• Mentalità orientata al cliente e buone capacità comunicative.
• Capacità di lavorare in ambiente internazionale.
• Certificazione ITIL considerata vantaggiosa.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto IT di primo e secondo livello agli utenti.
• Gestire e risolvere incident e richieste di servizio.
• Supportare dispositivi, laptop, workstation, stampanti e periferiche.
• Diagnosticare problemi hardware/software.
• Assistere gli utenti con Microsoft 365 e piattaforme collaborativi.
• Monitorare i ticket e rispettare SLAs.
• Collaborare con i team tecnici per risolvere problemi complessi.
• Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi di supporto.

Experis is recruiting IT Support Specialists - Fluent English for a leading European institution. You will join an international and multicultural environment, supporting end users in their daily activities and contributing to the delivery of high-quality IT services.

How your contribution will make a difference

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting users and ensuring smooth operations across workplace technologies and business applications.

You will be involved in the following activities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to end users.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests and technical issues.
• Support workplace devices, laptops, workstations, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms.
• Monitor and handle support tickets, ensuring compliance with service levels.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and user experience.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Service Desk environments.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and workplace technologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Understanding of IT Service Management processes.
• Experience in ticketing systems and incident management activities.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken (level B2/C1).
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
• ITIL certification will be considered a plus.

Offer

• Permanent Employment Contract (Staff Leasing) - CCNL Metalmeccanico
• Salary package: €28.000 - €35.000 gross annual salary
• Meal vouchers: €6.20 per working day
