Stern Energy Spa in Parma, Italy, is seeking an IT Specialist - ERP Support to provide functional and technical support for our ERP systems across Europe.

The role requires hands-on work with ERP platforms such as IFS, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or NetSuite, and C1 English and German; you will support end users, coordinate upgrades, and maintain documentation.

Stern Energy Spa a leading service company for utility-scale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with 6 subsidiaries across Europe, more than 250 employees, and 2.0 GW assets under management, is looking for a:

IT Specialist - ERP Support

to provide functional and technical support for our ERP systems.

The ideal candidate has some years of hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or NetSuite, and is comfortable working in an international environment requiring C1-level proficiency in both English and German.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end users
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countries
• Support ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvements
• Assist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and new module implementations
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed
• Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with IT standards
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation

Essential requirements and skills:

• Strong understanding of ERP processes (preferred procurement, supply chain, operations and maintenance)
• Experience in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support;
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• C1 level proficiency in English and German (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• More than 2 years of experience supporting ERP systems
• Experience with ERP integrations and reporting tools
• Background in IT support, application support, or business systems analysis
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment

Salary: €33,000-€35,000 gross per year (placement within the range will depend on experience, skills, and seniority level).
