Lawer S.p.A. is seeking an experienced IT ERP/PLM specialist in Italy to co-architect and manage the ERP and PLM environments. You will lead project work with external consultants, own business process improvements, and enable data-driven decisions across departments.

The role involves dashboards and reports development, plus direct user support and cross-functional collaboration with technical and managerial stakeholders. On-site, full-time position.

• Co-architect, manage and maintain the new IT-level ERP system.

Descrizione del lavoro

• Co-architecture, management and maintenance of new IT-level ERP system
• Similar management and maintenance of PLM system
• Project management of PLM and ERP developments in direct contact with external consultants
• Ownership of the implementation and improvement of business processes in collaboration with technical / managerial figures of reference for various groups
• Development of dashboards, reports and tools to analyse critical data for various departments
• Direct and cross-cutting support to users

REQUIREMENTS / REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related STEM disciplines
• 3+ years of work experience in contact with PLM / ERP (cloud-based preferably) – or at least one of the two systems
• Solid analytical capabilities: translating business requirements into technical requirements
• Excellent organizational skills: project management and budgeting, management of multiple stakeholders
• High proactivity, resourcefulness and motivation to acquire a solid knowledge of the two systems and their functionalities
• Great interpersonal skills, clear communication

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• MS Business Central ERP Systems Implementation / Consulting Experience
• Experience working with external consultants / developers
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
• Experience in PLM / ERP management in manufacturing industry:
• ERP interface management with production and MRP logic
• Logistics, warehouse management
• Quality control
