Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager for opportunities in Digital & Technology across Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna. Hybrid model with one in-office day per month for freelance roles or permanent remote flexibility.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading IT projects in large corporate settings, with strong planning, risk, and stakeholder management, plus proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI. Fluent Italian and English required.

Competenze

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
Proven experience working in large and complex corporate environments.
Strong experience in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management and problem-solving.
Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC projects, testing and operational handover.
Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of eCommerce and Mobile App projects.
Good understanding of UX/UI principles and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.
Manage project planning, risks, dependencies and proactive problem-solving.
Coordinate Agile/SDLC delivery, testing activities and operational handover.
Manage communication and collaboration with business, technical teams and key stakeholders.
Coordinate projects involving eCommerce and Mobile App solutions, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
Work closely with UX/UI teams, ensuring attention to detail and a consistent user experience.
Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
