Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT projects across Digital & Technology initiatives in Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.

The position offers a hybrid working model with freelance and full-time pathways. You will collaborate with business and technical teams, oversee planning, risk management and testing, and ensure a smooth

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience in large and complex corporate environments.
• Strong experience in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management and problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC projects, testing and handover.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce and Mobile App projects.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

• Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.
• Manage project planning, risks, dependencies and proactive problem-solving.
• Coordinate Agile/SDLC delivery, testing activities and operational handover.
• Manage communication and collaboration with business, technical teams and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects involving eCommerce and Mobile App solutions, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams, ensuring attention to detail and a consistent user experience.
