Amaris Consulting is looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee complex digital and technology projects across Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna. The role focuses on coordinating IT projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets and quality, with strong emphasis on Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, is fluent in Italian and English, and can work in a hybrid model with one day per month in an office; freelance options

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in large corporate environments.
• Strong experience in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management and problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC projects, testing and operational handover.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Ecommerce and Mobile App projects.
• Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, budget and quality objectives.
• Manage project planning, risks, dependencies and proactive problem-solving.
• Coordinate Agile/SDLC delivery, testing activities and operational handover.
• Manage communication and collaboration with business, technical teams and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects involving ecommerce and Mobile App solutions, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams, ensuring attention to detail and a consistent user experience.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear reporting using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
