Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager with Finance experience for opportunities in Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna. The role involves leading Finance IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery within scope, timeline and budget.

Hybrid work includes 1 day per month in Milan offices, with a potential freelance daily rate of €250–€300. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT Project Management focused on Finance, fluent Italian and English, and a degree in

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, with Finance-related projects.
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, regulatory/compliance projects, ERP or Finance transformation is a plus.
• Experience with system integrations, complex IT environments and cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate IT projects within Finance, ensuring delivery per scope, timeline, budget and quality.
• Manage projects involving Finance processes, systems and integrations, coordinating business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, systems and external partners in complex environments.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions and project objectives.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure compliance with Finance, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide clear project reporting and status updates to stakeholders and management.
