Costa, an Italian cruise company, is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our IT Change Control team in Genoa. You will lead automation efforts, standardize toolchains, and drive CI/CD improvements across multi-team environments, reporting to the Head of IT Change Control.

This is an open-term, full-time role with a hybrid working model. We value Terraform, Azure DevOps, Git and scripting in Python or Bash, plus strong English and problem-solving skills to boost delivery speed and

• Minimum 5 years of DevOps, automation or release engineering experience in complex multinational environments.
• Proven experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Experience with Terraform, Azure DevOps, Git; scripting in Python or Bash.
• Fluent English and an inclusive, international mindset.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a senior professional with a strong automation mindsetto join the IT team as Senior DevOps Engineer, reporting to the Head of IT Change Control at the Company’s Headquarters in Genoa, Italy.

• Support the evolution ofthe DevOps framework through CI/CD pipelines and release management for complex, multi-team environments.


• Improve operational automation to increase speed, quality, repeatability, and acceleratesoftware delivery.


• Standardize the DevOps toolchain to improve consistency, deployment quality, andreduce manualwork.


• Support release modernization, faster time to market, post-deployment monitoring, rollback procedures, incident prevention, and continuous improvement.


• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to improve integration, delivery, andservice readiness.


• Promote best practices in deployment automation, release engineering, scripting, observability, and operational readiness.


• Improve workflows and toolstosimplify technicalteams’ workand increase delivery pipeline efficiency.

What makes you unique

• At least 5 years’ experience in DevOps, automation, or release engineering in complex multinational environments.


• Proven experience designing andimproving CI/CD pipelines and release processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency.


• Experience with CI/CD toolssuch as Terraform or Azure DevOps, version control systemssuch as Git, and scripting languagessuch as Python or Bash; certifications are a plus.


• Fluent English and an inclusive, international mindset; additional languages are a plus.


• Strong analytical,diagnostic, planning,andproblem-solving skills.


• A proactive, digitally skilled mindset focused on innovation, improvement opportunities, and performance bottlenecks.


• Familiarity with service managementtools such as ServiceNow or Remedy, ITIL processes, and monitoring tools.


• A collaborative team player who inspires others to perform at their best.
