TVS SCS RICO Italia seeks an IT Infrastructure Engineer VR03 to operate and improve the enterprise IT environment, focusing on stability, security, and standardization. You will collaborate with Service Desk, Field Services, and global teams to deliver high‑quality end‑user and site infrastructure support.

The role requires L2/L3 incident handling, problem management, and participation in migrations and standardization initiatives across Europe.

Competenze

• 1. Minimum 18 months of experience in the IT sector.
• 2. Proficient in Windows Platform, Microsoft Active Directory and VM management.
• 3. Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills.
• 4. Flexible to work out of hours for projects or emergencies.
• 5. Proficient in Italian and English for daily use.
• 6. Car availability for travel preferred.

Mansioni

• Act as L2/L3 escalation point for incidents and service requests related to IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues beyond L1 capabilities.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, RCA and implement permanent fixes.
• Contribute to change management and documentation in ITSM tool.
