Electrolux Professional Group is seeking an IT Operations professional to ensure reliable IT and OT services across two Italian plants in Vallenoncello (PN) and Spilamberto (MO). You will manage end-user devices, site infrastructure, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and R&D to support manufacturing systems.

The role requires 3–8 years in IT operations, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel between plants.

• Strong knowledge of workplace IT, networking, and local infrastructure.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Basic understanding of IT/OT integration and cybersecurity.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• 3–8 years experience in IT operations.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Manage end-user devices (PCs, shopfloor terminals, monitors) and local infrastructure.
• Act as primary escalation point for IT issues impacting plant operations.
• Coordinate with central IT and vendors for incident resolution.
• Own local IT backbone including switches, access points, connectivity, and cabling.
• Coordinate with external vendors for cabling and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and documentation of plant infrastructure.
• Act as IT point of contact for Engineering and Production stakeholders.
• Support deployment and lifecycle of manufacturing and OT-related applications.
• Ensure alignment with IT standards and security policies.
• Manage external service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support procurement and lifecycle of IT assets.
• Define and manage annual IT budget for both plants.

In his role you will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT and OT services across Vallenoncello (PN) and Spilamberto (MO) plants.

You combine hands-on IT operations with strong collaboration with Engineering, Production, and R&D You will finally support and govern factory systems, infrastructure, and digital initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Manage end-user devices (PCs, shopfloor terminals, monitors) and local infrastructure
• Act as primary escalation point for IT issues impacting plant operations
• Coordinate with central IT and vendors for incident resolution
• Own local IT backbone including switches, access points, connectivity, and cabling
• Coordinate with external vendors for cabling and infrastructure upgrades
• Ensure performance, reliability, and documentation of plant infrastructure
• Act as IT point of contact for Engineering and Production stakeholders
• Support deployment and lifecycle of manufacturing and OT-related applications
• Ensure alignment with IT standards and security policies
• Manage external service providers and ensure SLA compliance
• Support procurement and lifecycle of IT assets
• Define and manage annual IT budget for both plants
• Monitor costs and identify optimization opportunities
• Support CEO and C-level events ensuring reliable IT and network readiness
• Guarantee network performance for executive presentations and factory demos
• On-site presence in Vallenoncello but regular travel between locations

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

• Strong knowledge of workplace IT, networking, and local infrastructure
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Basic understanding of IT/OT integration and cybersecurity
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• 3–8 years experience in IT operations
• Fluent in Italian and English
• High availability and reliability of plant IT
• Strong collaboration with Engineering and Production
