EXA.Group is seeking a Group IT Business Applications Manager in Milan HQ to lead evolving group applications landscape, ensuring reliability, governance, and alignment with IT strategy. You will partner with business leaders and IT teams across locations.

The role also involves vendor management, project delivery, and driving digital transformation, with travel about 30% across Italian locations; permanent CCNL Commercio contract; starting salary around €60,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT business partner, application management or related roles.
• Experience in complex business transformation projects and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications and integrated solutions.
• Proven ability to govern projects, manage dependencies and align stakeholders.
• Experience in Supply Chain and Finance transformation and in retail environments desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and evolution of applications and integrations.
• Govern vendor evaluation, software selection and project delivery.
• Partner with Business Leaders to align priorities with technology roadmaps.
• Ensure application governance, service levels and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate internal and external IT resources across projects.
