Moncler is seeking an IT Applications Manager for its Milan HQ to lead Finance & Controlling apps across SAP FICO/MM/Ariba. You will drive enhancements, ensure service quality, and act as the bridge between business and tech teams.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP Finance, strong process knowledge, and experience with SAP implementations. Opportunity to shape finance tech strategy within a leading luxury group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP Finance experience with SAP FICO, MM, and Ariba.
• Strong understanding of Finance & Controlling processes and P2P workflows.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects and ALM.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management; SAP Concur is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AMS for Finance & Controlling apps, SLA, incidents, backlog management and reviews.
• Translate business requirements into functional IT solutions and system specifications for Finance applications.
• Analyze processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions to boost efficiency and performance.
• Coordinate app enhancements, integrations and project activities within budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors to implement solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and ensure integration between Finance systems and P2P processes.

For our Worldwide Information & Technology Transformation Function, we are looking for an IT Applications Manager to join our team at our HQ in Milan.

The IT Applications Manager will focus on Finance & Controlling Area, ensuring the effectiveness, evolution, and continuous improvement of business applications and related processes. The role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving system enhancements and supporting strategic initiatives across the Finance landscape.

In Particular, The Resource Will Be Responsible For

• Manage end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) for Finance & Controlling applications, ensuring operational continuity, SLA compliance, effective incident and backlog management, vendor coordination, and continuous service improvement through KPI monitoring and regular service reviews.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional IT solutions and system specifications, supporting the evolution and optimization of Finance & Controlling applications.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, service quality, and business performance.
• Coordinate application enhancements, integrations, and project activities, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technology vendors to evaluate, select, and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide ongoing support to business users and ensure effective integration between Finance systems and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Qualification

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in SAP Finance environments, with strong knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP Ariba solutions.
• Solid understanding of Finance & Controlling processes, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows, supplier onboarding and qualification processes, and related integrations with external business systems.
• Experience in SAP implementation projects, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment activities, and application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management principles; familiarity with SAP Concur Expense and Travel solutions will be considered a plus.
