ING Italy seeks an AI Lead to orchestrate AI initiatives bank-wide, ensuring strategic alignment, regulatory compliance and measurable business value. You’ll act as a bridge between the CEO and AI SPOCs across business and control functions in a federated, highly regulated environment.

You will own the AI use-case portfolio, coordinate with global and local stakeholders, and define governance, lifecycle principles and value-tracking.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in AI, advanced analytics, or transformation within regulated industries.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate AI initiatives across business lines and control functions.
• Own and coordinate the bank’s AI use-case portfolio, ensuring prioritization and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Act as liaison with Global AI and Group-level stakeholders to align enterprise AI initiatives.
• Orchestrate a federated AI operating model enabling collaboration across distributed AI SPOCs.
• Define and monitor AI lifecycle principles, governance frameworks and escalation mechanisms.
