Job summary

Haier Europe invites applications for an OEM Project & Product Intern in Brugherio, Lombardy. You will assist the manager with documentation, data management and cross-functional coordination across R&D, Quality and Manufacturing.

You will work with Excel and PowerPoint, handling overseas projects and maintaining project trackers. Fluency in Italian and English is required; the internship runs for six months with smart working options and meal provisions.

Qualifications

Student or neo graduate in Engineering fields; strong interest in OEM projects.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Excellent knowledge of Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Prepare, update and maintain OEM docs and project data management.
Support OEM product maintenance activities and follow up on open technical points.
Coordinate overseas and special projects with international plants and teams.
Collect, track and archive certification and compliance documentation.
Maintain action lists, open points and project trackers.
Support cross-functional technical communication (R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing).
Basic data consolidation and reporting in Excel and PowerPoint.
