E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions Srl ricerca un professionista nel controllo di gestione per guidare previsioni, budgeting e analisi finanziarie, supportando decisioni strategiche nel portfolio energetico.

La posizione richiede laurea in discipline economiche, 3–5 anni di esperienza e conoscenze avanzate di Excel, PowerPoint e SAP CO/SAP PS. Lingua inglese fluente è preferibile. Ruolo a tempo pieno in Italia.

Competenze

• Laurea in Economia Aziendale, Finanza, Contabilità o Controllo.
• 3–5 anni di esperienza nel controllo di gestione, preferibilmente nel settore energetico.
• Forte conoscenza della reportistica finanziaria e dei processi di controllo.
• Mentalità analitica con grande attenzione al dettaglio.
• Competenze avanzate in MS Excel e PowerPoint.
• Conoscenza SAP CO / SAP PS.
• Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese.

Mansioni

• Guidare previsioni e budgeting trimestrali e pianificazione a medio termine.
• Valutare opportunità e sviluppare business case con raccomandazioni basate sui dati.
• Convertire dati finanziari in insight azionabili e guidare miglioramenti.
• Sorvegliare redditività dei progetti end-to-end e monitorare capex e contratti.
• Coordinar forecasting, budgeting e chiusure mensili insieme ai team operativi e contabili.
• Preparare report KPI mensili, trimestrali e annuali e analisi ad hoc per la direzione.

Your Field of Play

• Drive forecasting and business planning: take ownership of quarterly forecasts and medium-term planning activities while closely coordinating with Sales and Business Development to create transparency across the investment pipeline
• Shape investment decisions through business case analysis: evaluate new opportunities, develop robust business cases, identify risks and opportunities, and support authorization processes with data-driven recommendations inspired by acting as brave entrepreneurs
• Turn financial data into actionable insights: analyze deviations versus budget, previous forecasts and prior-year performance, enabling informed decisions and continuous business improvement
• Safeguard project profitability end-to-end: monitor Capex, commodity supply, sales and O&M contracts to ensure expected returns and support delivering exceptional customer outcomes through sustainable value creation
• Steer energy margin and working capital performance: coordinate forecasting, budgeting and month-end activities while partnering with operational and accounting teams to improve financial visibility and results
• Create transparency through meaningful reporting: prepare KPI-based monthly, quarterly and annual reporting while providing ad hoc analyses that support management steering and strategic decisions

Are You Our Playmaker?

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Controlling: build on a strong academic foundation that enables you to understand complex financial and investment topics
• Several years of controlling experience: bring 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally gained in the energy sector and within an international business environment
• Strong expertise in financial reporting and controlling processes: apply financial knowledge confidently to support planning, forecasting, performance management and investment evaluation
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail: use facts, figures and structured thinking to solve root causes effectively and support sound business decisions
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills: transform complex data into meaningful analyses, management presentations and decision-ready insights
• SAP CO / SAP PS knowledge: leverage ERP and controlling tools to support efficient financial steering and reporting activities
• Strong communication skills and fluent English: communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders, build trusted relationships and collaborate confidently in an international environment
