Michael Page International cerca un Investment & Asset Manager per il team di Milano. La figura gestirà la strategia degli asset in portafoglio, includendo analisi ESG, DCF/NPV e scenari, accompagnando l’intero processo di vendita e acquisizione.

Si richiede Master in Real Estate/Engineering/Economics o equivalente, 5–7 anni di esperienza nel real estate, inglese fluente e disponibilità a viaggiare. Lavoro in sede, Milano e provincia.

Our Client is looking for an Investment & Asset Manager to join its team based in Milan.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis
• Proactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets
• Optimise the letting within the managed portfolio
• Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs
• Identify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends
• Lead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives
• Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations
• Proactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio
• Review and challenge valuations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team)
• Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers)

Requisiti

• Master's degree preferably in real estate, engineering or business economics
• Minimum 5 - 7 years' work experience in real estate
• Affinity both with transactions and asset management
• Strong quantitative skills is a must
• Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate
• Well informed of local legislation applicable to real estate
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant network
• Ready to travel
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
• Resilient and well organised multi-tasker and team player
• Comfortable within an evolving and international environment
• Proactive, flexible and assertive
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point)
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
