Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. is seeking an Investment & Asset Manager to develop portfolio strategy, oversee ESG actions, and drive value-add projects across offices, logistics, and student housing assets in Italy.

Competenze

• Master's degree preferably in real estate, engineering or business economics.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years' work experience in real estate.
• Affinity both with transactions and asset management.
• Strong quantitative skills is a must.
• Understanding of financial practices applied to real estate.
• Well informed of local legislation applicable to real estate.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant network.
• Ready to travel.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Resilient and well organised multi-tasker and team player.
• Comfortable within an evolving and international environment.
• Proactive, flexible and assertive.

Mansioni

• Develop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis.
• Proactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets.
• Optimise the letting within the managed portfolio.
• Monitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs.
• Identify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends.
• Lead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives.
• Assess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.
• Proactively drive (digital & technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio.
• Review and challenge valuations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team).
• Steer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers).

Responsibilities:

• Develop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis
