Körber seeks a Product Portfolio Manager to drive strategy and lifecycle management for its software portfolio in intralogistics. You will translate market needs into a clear product vision, working with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Service to deliver customer value and align with strategic objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, engineering, logistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business development, or similar in a technical environment.
• Strong expertise in intralogistics software (WMS/WCS/WES or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and digital supply chain solutions.
• Experience building product roadmaps, business cases, pricing, and lifecycle strategies.
• Proven ability to translate market requirements into successful software products.

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Körber’s intralogistics software portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and identify emerging technology trends.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and value propositions to maximize profitability.
• Translate market requirements into clear functional priorities for R&D teams.
• Define the product vision for Warehouse Management, Warehouse Control, Warehouse Execution, and related software.
• Prioritize development initiatives based on customer value and strategic objectives.
• Lead portfolio lifecycle management including enhancements, upgrades, and end-of-life.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Marketing to ensure adoption.
• Support innovation by validating concepts with customers and identifying opportunities.
