Job summary

OTB seeks a Product Developer for Intimate & Beachwear (maternity cover) in Breganze, Italy. You will drive development from brief to samples, coordinating with Design, Merchandising, Pattern Making, and Production, while managing timelines and costs.

Requirements include 2–3 years in apparel development, knowledge of prototyping, and English proficiency. Travel to suppliers may be required; experience with PLM and Excel is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in apparel product development.
• Understanding of prototyping and sampling processes.
• Basic knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and trims.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines.
• Collaborative with internal teams and suppliers.
• Good command of English and Excel proficiency.
• Interest in Intimate product categories and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development from brief to sampling, tracking deadlines.
• Prepare and update technical sheets for suppliers.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication with suppliers for prototypes.
• Attend fittings and liaise with pattern makers on changes.
• Check prototypes, identify defects, and support corrections.
• Support sourcing of fabrics, trims, and treatments with teams.
• Assist handover of technical information to Production.
