DHL Express Italy is offering a 6-month full-time Internship - Sales Support at Innovation Campus, Peschiera Borromeo (MI). Join the Sales & Marketing Department in the Special Services Team to support business development, respond to customer inquiries, and help manage end-to-end proposals.

The role provides a hands-on introduction to express logistics, with English communication, teamwork, and a monthly gross reimbursement of 800 euros plus restaurant tickets.

Mansioni

• Support the team in business development through the Sales Force, responding to customer inquiries.
• Contact customers and qualify specific inquiries/opportunities ensuring accuracy of information and supporting them in handling any issues by referring inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Support in managing the end-to-end proposal to the customer.
• Prepare pre-billing for completed orders.

DHL Express Italy, a leading global company in the field of express transportation and logistics services, part of DHL Group, awarded Great Place To Work, is looking for Sales & Marketing Department, within the Special Services Team as Internship - Sales Support at Innovation Campus, Peschiera Borromeo (MI).

WHAT WE OFFER?

• The opportunity to acquire and develop knowledge of Sales field, with particular attention to the Special Services, dedicated to shipments not managed within the DHL Express network, but through the procurement of services of qualified partners.
• The opportunity to develop interpersonal skills at various levels in the organization and with external customers.
• 6 month full-time internship, with expenses reimbursement of € 800 gross and ticket restaurant of € 8.00 (€ 7.00 in smart working).
• Company shuttle from Milan (Milan Rogoredo, Lambrate and Segrate stations).

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?

• Support the team in business development through the Sales Force, responding to customer inquiries.
• Contact customers and qualify specific inquiries/opportunities ensuring accuracy of information and supporting them in handling any issues by referring inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Support in managing the end-to-end proposal to the customer.
• Prepare pre-billing for completed orders.

YOUR PROFILE

With a strong interest in delving into the Sales world, with an innate customer attitude and propensity, excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to work in a team and a good knowledge of the Office package.
