Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Milan is offering an Internship - Sales Analyst Mercato Italia to support the Italy country sales team. You will learn business analysis, manage customer data, and contribute to fleet and revenue insights.

You will work closely with sales reps, dealers, and fleet companies, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic leasing and rental market while developing a strong business mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in conducting business analysis and preparing reports for channels and customers.
• Support the maintenance and configuration of Fleet management systems.
• Interact daily with sales representatives, dealers and fleet companies.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Country Italy commercial organization, specifically within the Sales team dedicated to the Leasing Companies channel. You will operate in the Fleet and Rental channel, a highly dynamic and fast-growing business area that plays a strategic role in the Italian market. You will support your tutor in business analysis and operational activities, contributing to the monitoring of commercial performances and the management of customer data and systems. This experience will allow you to gain a deep understanding of fleet dynamics, strengthen your analytical skills, and develop a strong business mindset through constant interaction with sales representatives, dealers, and national and international fleet companies.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Conducting business analysis and elaborating specific reports for specific channels or customers
• Managing customer personal data and supporting account coding activities
• Supporting the maintenance and configuration of the Fleet management system
• Interacting daily with sales representatives, dealers, and fleet companies
• Using the internal analysis system and Salesforce platform

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree: preferably in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Language: good knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Technical/Specific Skills: excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel. A predisposition for the use and learning of IT tools is highly valued.
• Soft Skills: initiative, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and strong communication and relational abilities.
